Shipments are via UPS and Fed Ex with orders being fulfilled by our shipping agent. If you do not reside in one of the states listed below, please contact us and we will likely be able to arrange an alternate shipping method for you.
We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WY, Washington DC.
If you do not reside in one of the above states, contact us and we may be able to help you arrange an alternate shipping method.
Shipping is included in all orders over six bottles. Orders will normally arrive within 5 to 14 days, following credit card authorization.
Most deliveries are shipped on the second subsequent non-holiday weekday after payment is received or verified if by credit card. All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years.
OTTIMINO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WINE THAT IS UNDELIVERABLE BECAUSE A SIGNATURE COULD NOT BE OBTAINED. Please be sure to make arragements to have someone available to sign for the wine upon its arrival. If you will not be available, consider having your wine shipped to a UPS Store where it can be held for you.
In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to hold your order until all items are available for shipment. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Ottimino reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
The personal information you voluntarily provide is used to fulfill your request. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, or disclose personal information. Customer Satisfaction & Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange for you to either receive a full refund of the purchase price of the wine or we will ship you a comparable wine at our cost. Your enjoyment of our wines is our highest priority - don't hesitate to call or email if you have any concerns about your purchase.
All online transactions are made using secure website (https) protocols and 128bit encryption. No credit card or personal information is stored in a local computer and all stored information is encrypted.
When you sign up for the mailing list you will receive occasional information about new releases and special offers. You may opt-out of the mailing list at any time by contacting us or following the instructions provided in any emails we send to you.
Wine Sales Restrictions:
Wine sales from this site are permitted for guests 21 years of age or older who are requesting shipment to a resident in a state that allows direct shipments of wine.
